Hong Kong activist Agnes Chow has channelled popular YouTube star “Uncle Roger” in a special video for Halloween. Chow, popular in Japan, reviewed an unfortunate clip of a police officer appearing to get stuck in a drain.
The activist, who has over 316,000 YouTube subscribers, sourced a trademark orange polo shirt and wig from Sham Shui Po.
Known for his affection for rice and intolerance for colanders, “Uncle Roger” is a character played by Malaysian comedian Nigel Ng.

“Why this police stuck himself in the hole? Is he going back to his dog cave?” Chow asked in the clip, in reference to a common insult for the local force. She urged young viewers to ensure they get an education and avoid becoming “very stupid.”
