A pet sea lion has enjoyed a birthday party in style at the five-star Ocean Spring Metropark Hotel in Qingdao, China, according to Global Times.
The sea lion, which is a second-class protected animal in China, is seen giving its owner a high-five.
The pet sea lion even tried out the swimming pool at the hotel.
Global Times also reminded readers that citizens must obtain a license from the authorities before owning protected animals as pets.
