Invoicing guide:
- Contributors may invoice HKFP monthly. Please send them to:
- HKFP strives to pay invoices in under a week, though usually pays same day.
- We are able to pay in Hong Kong dollars by direct transfer to local bank accounts. For transfers to foreign bank accounts, transfer fees will be split between us and the client.
We recommend using our invoice template, downloadable here. - Please invoice us from your company if possible.
- If not using our template, please include all of the following:
- Our company name and address – Hong Kong Free Press, The Hive Kennedy Town, 6/F, Cheung Hing Industrial Building, 12P Smithfield Road, Kennedy Town, Hong Kong.
- Your own name and address.
- Your HKID number or passport number. (Or business registration number if invoicing as a company).
- A dated, itemised list of submissions/work including the agreed amount.
- Local bank transfer instructions including bank name, SWIFT code, IBAN number, bank address, your own address.
- Owing to compliance and accountancy rules, we are unable to pay unless all information is provided.
