Police received a report at around 6 a.m. on Friday that a man was hauling a wheel board with what appeared to be a human-shaped object on it near a gas station on Tin Ha Road. According to local media, a passer-by said she became suspicious and called the police after spotting a pair of legs protruding from the pile.

The Force said officers intercepted a 25-year-old man at the scene and found a female body after unfolding the cardboard and quilt on the wheel board. She had suffered from a head injury and was certified dead at the scene. Her head was wrapped in plastic wrap, while her hands and legs were tied, police said.
