Little Life Warrior Society is hosting the fourth edition of its fund-raising walkathon for children battling cancer, young cancer survivors and their family members.
The charity, based at the Prince of Wales Hospital in Sha Tin, was established in March 2002.
This year’s walkathon is themed “Walk For Love Towards Life’s Rainbow.” It will be held on November 11.
The walk starts at 9am at the Chinese University of Hong Kong’s Lingnan Stadium. Participants will walk 6.2 kilometres to the Prince of Wales Hospital. The walk will take around two hours.
The funds raised will be used to enhance services for children with cancer or severe blood disease, young survivors and their families.
