Tommy’s work is currently being exhibited at Hotel Jen after winning the “Discovery: Photography Prize,” in association with the Affordable Art Fair

“My main goal is to make people laugh and see things from another perspective, as well as show the world how great this city is,” he told HKFP.

He says that he finds inspiration everywhere, especially from movies.

Often, Tommy’s work seeks to draw attention to issues of pollution or conservation “in the hope that the image can make an impact upon people.”

Tommy told HKFP that, in his shot of a beach at Cape D’Anguilar, only the people were Photoshopped in – the trash was an unfortunate reality.
