The University of Hong Kong’s HeForShe gender initiative and the Peel Street Poets group will join hands next Wednesday in an open mic night to support the beleaguered Flow bookstore.

At Lan Kwai Fong’s Orange Peel, there will be singing, dancing and poetry performances focusing on gender issues, advocating acceptance and celebrating empowered women.
The night will also feature book auctions and other fun activities.

All proceeds from the night will go to Central’s Flow second-hand bookstore.
