Apple Daily reported that Choi Yan-fai, the project manager, said that there would be no shower stall or shower curtain, as they hoped that the space would be more flexible. He also said that ā€œthere is drainage in place,ā€ in response to a reporter’s comment that ā€œwater will be all over the floor.ā€

It was also earlier revealed that there would be no clubhouse included with the development, and management fees would cost HK$4.5 per square foot. Apple Daily said that other developments in the area charge around HK$4, and also tend to have clubhouses. Tenants are scheduled to move into the building in 2019.
