In Hong Kong, more than 200,000 people live in sub-divided flats and cage homes. Tiny and cramped, the living conditions of these flats are often unbearable.
The Society for Community Organization (SoCO) worked with photographer Benny Lam to document the lives of sub-divided flat residents.

More than 50 photos will be showcased at a photo exhibition this month.

The exhibition runs from October 3 to 9, 10am-10pm, at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre; and from October 13 to 26, at Central Market.
