Performing arts academy slammed over its finances, governance, enrollment and low venue utilisation
The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts has been criticised by the Audit Commission for its low student enrolment, dwindling attendance rates at governing council meetings, poor utilisation of its venues and its failure to return unspent funds to reserves.
