Top artists and thousands of partygoers from around the world attended the magical Malasimbo Music and Arts Festival in the Philippines over the weekend.

Set in a grassy amphitheatre overlooking breathtaking Puerto Galera, this month’s first Malasimbo weekend showcased soul, jazz, and world music from the Philippines and around the world.

The second weekend, held between March 24-26, will offer the “best funk, hip hop, house, and electronic music acts coupled with energetic dance crews, and an amazing lights show”.

Artists performing over the weekend included Jacob Collier, Gong Myoung, Tom Thum and Gordon Hamiliton with the Manila Symphony Orchestra, June Marieezy, Sinosikat? and Golden Sound.

The festivals are a production of Volume Unit Entertainment
