On Wednesday, 1,300 doctors staged a sit-in protest at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital calling for a pay raise. The HA previously excluded the doctors from the Civil Service Pay Level Survey, under which they should enjoy a 3 percent pay raise, along with other civil servants.
